Well here goes...

So at my last update I told you how disappointed I was at the waiting time for my surgery and how I hadn't gelled as well with the surgeon as I would have liked; so I did a lot of thinking and decided to take matters into my own hands.

I decided to have my surgery done in London and it's booked for November 1st!  I have done lots of research and have run it all past my Dr who is very supportive - he thinks the new surgeon is a great choice and has offered to do all my post op testing etc in the surgery so I dont have to keep travelling to London.

I have started the pre-op diet (3 pints of milk, 2 low fat yoghurts and 1 stock cube each day) and so far it is going fine, I don't feel too hungry.

I am just sooooooo excited! It's so close now!!!!
