better than last week....

120 minutes---still need to work out my schedule and get back into a routine...funny how life starts going after you lose a lot.

it's definitely easy to get complacent again

Week #1 (for me)= 10/6 - 10/12:
                 225 minutes (5x 45 minute workout tape)

this is my average, I do the same tape 5 days a week...but i did order new tapes that should arrive in a little over a week...which will be 60 minutes 5x a week!
