Appointment result- and help me with ideas of what to eat to get in protein

So the first meeting went well, I am down to 293- down 6 pounds in aobut 1 1/2 weeks- woo hoo, even the dietician said so!

She has requested me to not drink for 30 minutes before a meal and for 1 hour after a meal....one step at a time, I plan on starting this on Sunday as they work best for me as  "starting points".

She also requested that I start having at least 80-90 grams of protein daily- anyone got any good ideas how I  can manage that one?

I see her again in 8 weeks (December 12th), I really want to be at my goal weight of 273 for this appointment....

I am going to get a few more work out videos from my favorite walk away the pounds lady leslie...hubby and I are going shopping this weekend for clothes for our trip to Montreal November 5th-8th.....I also hope to be down 5+ pounds by then, like 287 (under 290)...WE'LL SEE!

oh my go****hat is too funny...I LOVE my walk away the pounds workouts!!! I have old vhs tapes so we're bringing the vcr upstairs so I don't have to do it in the basement.

congrats on the weight loss! you're doing amazing!! keep up the good work.

thanks- check out half.com for cheap workout videos- she has dvds now, lol...but my mom has vhs tapes too of leslie!

I'll have to check that out. I have horrible knee problems...they dislocate which is extremely painful and keeps me down for weeks and these tapes are easy on my knees. I bought my original walk away the pounds tapes from qvc, but I don't even know if they still sell them lol.

Protein is super easy :)  Anything with a hoof! lmao!!

You could do a protein shake for breakfast and half a protein bar for morning snack and the other half for afternoon snack. Jus****ch the calories and sugars.
