First appointment wit hthe dietician tomorrow and other great news!

My first appointment with the dietician at the center is tomorrow at 2:00. I am pretty excited becuase since the last time I went (about 1 1/2 weeks ago) for my first initial appointment  I have been doing weigh****chers. At the doctors office that first day I weighed 299. I have been checking the scale frequently (even though I know I shouldn't) and it keeps dropping. Tomorrow will be my weigh in day but yesterday my husand went to the doctors office and I got on their scale- said 293! I think tomorrow I will be somewhere between 293-295/296....but Iam really happy that I have been able to stick to the diet, there were a few though times this week in which my belly kept telling me to eat bad things but I stuck to it and did wonderful....

Just thought I would share my success with everyone. I will post tomorrow what my weight was at the appointment. I want to be near 273 by christmas, and with all of your help and support I know I  can do it...

On another note- I mostly use this site at work Sunday through Thursday so I am most likely not going to post on Fridays and Saturdays because I am spending time with hubby and family....But I will be thinking of you all!

congrats on doing so well with the diet. I unfortunately am not doing so well, but you're definitely an inspiration...I'm about the same weight as you...I'm at 290. I don't have a scale that goes above 270 so I can't weigh myself regularly which is probably a good thing. anyway congrats again and let us know how your dietician appt goes!

I went to WalMart and bought the weigh****chers scale....for weigh****chers online you have to weigh in 1x weekly so I need a scale.

We can lose weight together if you want!...keep each other motivated. I am really excited for my surgery and hope this time goes quickly. Let me know if you wanna motivate each other

we can try...I'm a bit pessimistic at the moment because of my gain, but maybe having someone to do it with me will help. I'll add you as a friend here too. I have an appt on Friday where I should be weighed so we'll see how I've done this week.

Congrats on sticking with your plan and having your goals!  You can definately drop your twenty pounds by Christmas!!!
