Alcohol
No worries... all questions are welcome here!
I was a year out when I had my first drink... I followed the plan ordered by my surgeon. he alchohol hits quickly since everything is so much smaller. The buzz is faster and more intense. I would drink at home with a group of trusted people first.
IMO three months is quite early out... no need to add empty calories into your diet already. :)

The more things the change, the more they're still the same.
I'm glad I'm not the only one wondering about this...I'm 11 days prior to surgery but I've been wondering too since the bar tends to be the place I hang out...I guess I'm be a cheap date now...and in fact probably shouldn't drink at all, because considering how much it takes now, I'll probably end up being a one drink....hoe down! type of girl, and I don't want to be the drunk girl.
I was a year out before I tried a drink. My god it hits you quick and fast so be prepared and make sure your around people you know well and trust. Some drinks affect me different and more quicker then others it just depends. When I do go out now I stick to things that don't get me buzzed real quick. Usually cran and vodka or diet and rum are my best bets. Just be safe and follow your surgeons requirements.
Best of luck

I believe Miller has a 64 calorie one... didnt give me those crazy buzzes... still functional, cheap in cals and danced the night away. Perfection.
