The Fair... Amazing

I am dog tired and achy.  I have bruises from cow kicks and even some sun burns... but the fair was amazing!  We were only there two days and both days were jam packed with action.  I had a lamb, Taboo, and a beef heifer, Vivanno- yes, like the drink.  Taboo was named Champion Prospect Lamb and I placed 5th in showmanship.  Vivanno was third in her class and I won my showmanship class.  The first classes are judged on the animals' confirmation.  Showmanship is primarily how the exibitor shows their animal and how the two act as a partnership.  I love showmanship... its where I can truly act ****y and boastful without feeling out of place.  College showmanship is cut throat and to place where I did, I am truly blessed.

Taboo is a natural colored suffolk sheep.  Natural refers to her wool... as its gray blue instead of white.

I showed nubian, saanen, pygmy, and toggenburg. I had a female Oberhasli. She had 2 twin baby girls they were the freaking cutest baby goats I had ever seen.
Yes I was suppose to move down to Anaheim. The school that I got accepted to put me on the waiting list till next fall for the program I was going into and also the tuition was outrageous and my rent was $1200 a month so I decided to put off the move for now.So it wouldn't have been the best decision at the time. I am finishing up my AA degree at the local college here. I am not working right now so Im just hanging out and going to school!!
Take care

Awesome!  The Saanen are super regal... love those too he he.  Toggenburg and Nubian are the normal here, yet the togs are not as pretty as they should be :(

Good choice on not moving down here with out the security.  Boo on waiting lists!

Totally had a blast!  There are too many who show that only do it to win.  I do it for stress relief, lol.  When I'm having fun, I'll totally kick booty.  lmao!
