I'm lookin for a few Week #1 numbers, a few Week #2 numbers, and, of course, new sign ups are ALWAYS welcome!
Hmmm... I may be signing up in the rankings again soon. One of the perks of my new job is a free personal trainer with 2 in-home training sessions per week, as long as I report my progress and talk about the program on-air. So I'm working out the details and may be giving Ol' Brock-o Boy a run for his money soon!

You are signed up. What we do is this. Track your minutes exercised every week Monday-Sunday. On the following Monday (Tuesday this week) I'll call for minutes. Let me know, and that's it. Easy!
