I`M BACK!!
hi guys!!!!! i`m back from spending 20 days in europe. that`s why i haven´t posted in so long.
but i`m back now ready to get back on track `cuz i ate a lot!!! you can imagine i went to a cruise ship to the greek islands for 10 days. so you can imagine. i walked a lot but i ate desserts. LOL bad girl, but i`m ready to go back to the gym and catch up.
SO HAPPY to be back, i can´t wait to hear what`s been going on here in the Boared while i was gone. so if there is something important let me know.

Yes it is very simple (at least, I keep mine simple; as I also ran Exerthon 1).
You just keep track of minutes per week dedicated to an exercise type activity. And post it, weekly, I'll make a weekly thread Monday mornings.

All you do is, on Monday's, you tell me how much you exercised for the previous week. Easy peasy lemon squeezy.
