5 day pouch revamping anybody?
Hey kids, so I am ready to kick myself in the ass and get this scale moving-I have seen so much about the pouch test that I thought I would give it a go.anyone else game? Something as retarded as it sounds-I could use some support, anyhone down to try. Or anyone with any insight to this crash -smash-diet would also be appreciated... thanks dudes!
Hey, Monday is the plan! I think I may tweak it a bit-given the experiences I have heard about this being a true fad diet-you'll go liqid and loose it quick then get it back once you reinto real food again. SO I think I am definatly going to substitute with protein shakes-probably breakfast and lunch the have a "sensile" dinner. Corney as I am, I bought the Slim Fast shakes to help me out, I don't always have time to bust out the blender! Cut out carbs and snacking just the same-we should have some results that stick! Oh yea and get off my lazy ass and exercise! Monday it is!
Yeaaa, I got the idea over the weekend, as the more I researched and tried to shop for the damn soup-I realized what a ridiculous concept this was! Looking over my responces, I have listed the things I am supposed to be eating and doing anyways while trying to "revamp" the 5dpt... so there you have it, I think it's a croc!
no offense but i'm pretty sure the 5 day pouch test is a load of **** if you really want to get that scale moving, do what you said you were going to do and ust exercise. like you said, you just going to lose weight do to only drinking liquids. i don't think ur shakes are not going to be any better.

Actually the 5 day pouch test is not about losing weight...it is about kicking the carb snacking habit and "retraining" yourself to "feel" your pouch...in some post-ops who are farther out...it is easy to forget to "feel" your pouch...I have done research just never actually done it to a "T" but who cares...what can it hurt? I am with you on Monday...will prolly do the same but with more shakes during the day so as not to get shaky...I think I am hypoglicemic so I have to be careful about that...Anyways...
