What do you all eat for breakfast during the work week?  I'm looking for something I can take and eat once I get to work.

 I have a protien shake and a apple that what i eat in the morning.

Most of the time i'll make a protein shake before i leave for work and take it with me.  Sometimes an egg.

Preparation and planning ahead are KEY for me to stay on track.  I know my days are crazy-busy so I always have WLS-friendly foods ready to grab.  I start every morning with milk (soothes the pouch) as I get ready for work.  Then I grab a protein bar for breakfast, which gives me a boost in reaching my protein goal for the day.  Other ideas are Fage yogurt, string cheese and almonds, or peanut butter (easy to keep at your desk).

Kashi Go Lean Hearty hot cereal - its like oatmeal but a little thicker

Jimmy Dean DeLites bfast sammies - I take off 1/2 the english muffin because its too much

First visit to surgeon - 288 ~ bmi 45.1
2 week pre-op 252 ~ bmi 39.5
Total lost - 153 Since surgery - 117!
Goal weight - 155 (mine) 180 (surgeons)
Current weight - 135 (2020 I lost 10lbs due to dedicating myself to working out more and being in better shape)

1/14/2025 still maintaining 135 :-)
