Am I doing something wrong??
The only thing you are doing wrong is not being patient - it takes time, you lost 11lbs in only 1 week - your body needs a break. As for the 2lb 'gain' our bodies naturally go up and down a few pounds, you didnt really gain 2lbs of actual weight... just not possible at this point. Once more time passes you will learn your weight loss pattern as well as how your body works - again just be patient.

I agree with Jennifer. And think, you lost 11 lbs in ONE WEEK!!! Was that ever possible before? Your body is still healing and does need the time to recover.
Remember, you're not going to lose the weight overnight and you'll have many stalls throughout your journey. Just be patient... If you follow the rules, the weight will come off. Oh, and be careful with the scale! The scale can play some very nasty head games with you.
Good luck!
