A date? for real?!?
So, it's been months since I started threads here... I definitely used to want to be so involved in this great community where there's so much support and comradery. Anyway, I basically got so fed up that I had gone through everything and then gotten denied by the insurance, and wished I'd never looked into surgery at all.
basically, there is no happy ending to that story, but my parents are wonderful and they decided that they wanted to pay for my surgery anyway. So, my doctors office moseyed on down finally and gave me a date. It's on halloween, which I'm gonna be sad to miss this year- but, consistant with my musical empathy Elphaba, since wicked opened the night before Halloween.
Anyway, thanks so much for all y'alls support thus far, and I look forward to the days ahead. if there are any college students out there, drop me a line! its fun to connect with people from all walks of life, but I guess its also great when I find people at the same stage
