I can't help it, I have been smiling all day!!! I am officially 100 pounds down. Things are going really well, I am eating right, working ou****ching my fluids, and staying up on my vitamins. I am on cloud 9 today!

I think being SMO we don't always give ourselves credit, because we still see what needs to be lost, not what we have already accomplished. But I am over half way there!!!!
