Mondays My Day...Getting Nervous

My surgery is Monday morning...even though i have been waiting 2 years for this surgery and I would never change my mind about having it, I am SO NERVOUS!!!! I can hardly settle myself down to get a good nights sleep. Is it normal to be like this?? How did everyone deal with their nerves?

I'm nervous for you :) My date hasnt even been scheduled but I can imagine how you feel. My mom had the surgery and she just surrounded herself with positive people until the final minute before surgery. She made sure to go in with a positive mind and spirit. You should do the same! Congratulations on becoming a LOSER!

Your nervousness is COMPLETELY normal!  And understandable.  It's a big deal for you and after such a long wait, your day is right around the corner.  Yes, sleeping is hard right now but get as much rest as you can.  Since your day is tomorrow, at this point I would suggest just making sure you have everything packed that you'll need for your hospital stay.  Make a list if it'll help you sot through all the information.

Nerves are a bigggg thing the day before. In fact Monday is my 4 year anniversary for surgery :) you got a good date :) Keep your head up and relax. The wait is almost over. :)
