Hello I am a 28 year old girl from Massachusetts and am going in for RNY surgery next Wednesday the 10th. I've noticed lots of people mentioning "the pouch rules" in their profiles and on the boards.
There might actually be some rules that I missed somewhere, but I believe they're just talking about the rules given to you by your doctor. If you follow their rules, you'll lose weight.
