Hi....I'm new!!
Hi everyone! My name is Karen! I am from Arkansas! I had my surgery in June of 2007. I had Lap-Band! I'm 24 and I'm a teacher. I teach 2nd grade so I need lots of energy! This surgery had really helped with that! To date, I have lost about 135 pounds and I am doing fantastic!! No complications at all!
Anyway, I am on the Arkansas main forum several times a day and I was just messing around on here today when I discovered this forum for people who had surgery in their 20's.....THAT'S ME!! Anyway, I just wanted to say hello and hopefully meet some of you! Its nice to know that there are others who have had these same experiences at around the same age as me!
I would love to hear from y'all!

My name is Brock. I am 30 years old (but had my WLS in my 20's). I had Lap Band surgery 2 years ago, on 8/21/06. I was 320 pounds...am now 204 pounds, for a 116 pound loss.
Welcome to the board. I have been here for a long time, and this is a great group...when they post!

Yes it is very simple (at least, I keep mine simple; as I also ran Exerthon 1).
You just keep track of minutes per week dedicated to an exercise type activity. And post it, weekly, I'll make a weekly thread Monday mornings.
