One year Surgiversary!

Yep its officially been a year since my surgery...Im down 120 lbs from Surgery (working on getting off 35 more to put me at 140) and 135 from my highest!.

I have updated my profile with some recent pics..and my new food plan that should help me finally get to goal by christmas!

Hope this helps...as I see so many new faces around here (i dont post much anymore but I have used this site as a huge resource-especially in my first few months out!)

Thanks to all of you guys here on the 20s board-for helping me so much through this amazing year!!
