Hey there...I have never joined the exerthon, but am curious as to what its all about...Can you give me the low down? Do you just track your hours per week and post them in the exerthon post?

Sorry to ask, I feel like I should know, but I just dont. What I do know is that exercise is where I am seriously lacking, and this might be able to help me....

So fill me in.

Yes it is very simple (at least, I keep mine simple; as I also ran Exerthon 1).

You just keep track of minutes per week dedicated to an exercise type activity.  And post it, weekly, I'll make a weekly thread Monday mornings.

Easy!

OK so I sort of fell off the errr wagon/treadmill on the last exerthon I joined but since then, Im back on the grind to lose the last 30 lbs..my nut directed I burn 400-500 calories a day....SO Im in!
