Eatin' good
I'm never here anymore - I know I suck...I've been working more than 60 hours a week at my new job and spend most of the 2 or so hours I'm home each night before bed with my kiddos, so....This place has slowed down pretty drastically lately. Here's my attempt to stir the pot - the old tried and true accountability post.
Here was my crappy nutirition day - a product of poor, err, no planning:
3;30 AM two small slices of pizza on the ride in to work
4:00 AM - 12:00 PM - three cups of coffee with sf creamer
2 pm - a WW ice cream bar given to me by a co-worker who felt sorry for me that I hadn't eaten
6:30 pm - a bud light and two small carne asada tacos from happy hour
8:00 pm - a small bowl of cheese tortelini
guess now would be a good time to start drinking some water and making meals for tomorrow huh????

Michael! I've been the same. I had my lower body lift a week and a half ago and i'm just laying around and not eating very well. I'm SO FREAKING BORED and swollen and sore! So i've just been eating random crap. So, i feel ya. I hope that your job slows down a bit and you can get into a better routine with eating. I'm hoping that soon i can do the same. Hope you get a much needed break soon!
Michael, I feel ya on working long hours. My boss suddenly passed away last Monday (it was unexpected, she wasn't ill or old). This week I was made the new manager which is bittersweet. It is a great opportunity, and I am thankful...but now I have A LOT of work to do.
So enough of my story...food today.
Breakfast- 1/2 cup milk 1 scoop of protein powder (27)
Snack- 1/2 oz of almonds (3)
Lunch 1 oz of turkey, 1 slice of tomato, lil lettuce (7)
Snack- 1oz of pepperjack cheese, 10 turkey pepperoni (10)
Dinner- 2 oz of chicken (14)
I need to make some protein icecream, but I got lazy and had a SB breakfast protein bar instead (10)
