Saturday the 23rd after losing 138lbs in 11months I was able to participate in a 5k walk. I did the whole thing in 59minutes! I could never have done that before and I was so proud and so happy i just thought id come and share with you guys.

thanks michael, the last few months have been hard with stalls and whatnot but it still felt great to do something i know i couldnt have done last year at this time.
