Help Stall!!!!

Hey everyone, I need help i been at a stall for almost two weeks is there anything i could do. I excerise and burn off more than i eat. I drink and get most protein in please help.

its normal, just keep doing what you are doing. your body is trying to catch up with the weight loss. take your measurements. personally i really havent lost any weight in about 6 weeks, however i have gone from a tight 16 to a loose 14 without loosing 1lb.

heyy, so i went through a huge stall esp when i kicked up my workouts... i was so pissed and annoyed, called my nut. and she told me i was not eating enough!! i thought it was weird, but bumped up my cal intake from 800-900 to 1200... and the lbs came off. at first it was hard to eat that much, but again your body adjusts and you can do it. so you probably just need to eat more!
