Help Stall!!!!
heyy, so i went through a huge stall esp when i kicked up my workouts... i was so pissed and annoyed, called my nut. and she told me i was not eating enough!! i thought it was weird, but bumped up my cal intake from 800-900 to 1200... and the lbs came off. at first it was hard to eat that much, but again your body adjusts and you can do it. so you probably just need to eat more!
