Exercise Hysteria!!!
Okay...so I have been worrying about this more and more as my surgery date nears and I needed some advice:
Does exercise ever become something that you look forward too?
I have had an extreme dislike for exercise my whole life, not to mention little / no motivation. I want to be a fit and healthy version of myself after my surgery but I'm worried my lack of motivation to exercise will be my downfall. Is there anything that makes it easier.

i dispised working out pre-surgery. i hate being hot and sweating and basically anything that was hard i would give up on. but now, I LOVE IT! i'm on vacation in hilton head and i've even gone RUNNING everyday... something i would never have done before. therereally is nothing better than a good workout... when you push yourself to do it!! its amazing how far your body will actually go!! It also so cool seeing your body change.... gaining muscle and getting long and lean... its awesome...
so i'm totally sorry for rambling, but i just wanted to tell you about my love of exercise haah
