Were able to put on your pants?...?...
Get up from the Toilet With out feeling pain?...
MOSTLY!... I'm just curious as to when you were able to have a good shower, where you can feel and clean everything like you were before.
I woould kill for a good shower.

in 3 weeks or in a 1.5 months you`ll be yourself again. don´t worry. this is very normal.

I was about 2 weeks out before i could reach everything while taking a shower without pain. Don't worry you'll be there before you know it!

I was able to shower when I got home - two days after surgery
I put on pants before I left the hospital
Never had pain getting around

First visit to surgeon - 288 ~ bmi 45.1
2 week pre-op 252 ~ bmi 39.5
Total lost - 153 Since surgery - 117!
Goal weight - 155 (mine) 180 (surgeons)
Current weight - 135 (2020 I lost 10lbs due to dedicating myself to working out more and being in better shape)

1/14/2025 still maintaining 135 :-)
