You are doing awesome!!!! I am only 3 months out, so I haven't had too many sweet tooths yet. But what I have done to get rid of it....I made SF no flour PB cookies, once I had a SF peppermint patty, and I have protein icecream often (it is really just my protein shake put into the icecream maker---but it makes me feel like I am having icecream).
Hopefully someone farther out than me can give you some sound advice on the sweet tooth issue! Keep us posted on your progress, and the 5k training :)

Congrats on the 117 pound loss! I can't wait to see your pics
I have a pretty serious sweet tooth as well, however I still dump to some degree (I just feel awful for a couple of hours), so that has helped me learn some moderation and it has also helped me learn to find healthier alternatives to the sugary snacks of my pre-op life.
When I do full on sugary things (like peanut butter M&M's or say cake) I get myself a small serving (with the M&M's I keep it to about 1.5 oz, with cake nothing more than a deck-of-cards size piece in dimension) and put the rest away. If you want to do something sweet make sure that you keep to a small portion, eat it slowly, and make sure you're working it in to your carb/calorie/sugar allotment of the day - so maybe cut back somewhere else.
I have also found that fruit can be a satisfying alternative when I want something sweet. I love sliced strawberries with a dollup of cool whip, or peaches, pineapple and blueberries in some fage yogurt w/ a drizzle of honey. I suggest trying to find a couple things like that which you can go to when you want something sweet, so you're not always turning to carby / sugary things (not that you shouldn't ever have carby / sugary things, just not that often).
I hope that helps.
