The day ive been dreading...

SO I leave tomorrow to Texas. My dad and I are having our surgery done on Tuesday and he wants to take my grandma out to diner before he has to start his 1 day liquid pre-op diet. I had to do the same but I started on Sunday and im now on my 6th day of liquid diet. I needed to lose 25 lbs before my pre-op appointment and I was freaking out this week because I had 3-4 lbs that just wouldnt come off, even with the liquid diet, but I jumped on the scale right now and

.......DRUM ROLL PLEASE.....

!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! im at my goal weight!!!!!!!!

So im still keeping it up and I hope by Monday im down another lb just to be on the safe side.

Today im taking my dreaded pre-op pics... ive really not looked forward to this. And ill take my measurements. I kinda wi****ook some pictures at my highest weight so I can compare till now, because my family says they see a change but I dont.. AT ALL.. So hopefully ill look back at this in a few months and laugh.. but right now I want to cry. LoL.

Great Job! You should be proud of yourself! You've already started your journey and lost 25 pounds, that is awesome! Just keep on keepin on and you will make it!

good luck with everything ...I sure you will not have any problem with another pound or two...and after your a loser they will just fall off....lol

I know you dreaded the pre-op pictures (we all do) just remember it is only the beginning. It will get better from here. Before you know it you will look forward to having your picture taken!!!

We all have to start somewhere. Yes, the before photos and measurments are heartbreaking, but they will only help you see the greatness you have yet to accomplish!
