Eatin' Good -Wednesday
Howdy 20-somethings. Tomorrow is my last day of summer school and as of the end of the day tomorrow I will have earned 16 credits this summer. You can imagine my excitement . Food was erratic today. I need to get back on a schedule and I think the end of summer school (which means a different schedule every 2-3 weeks) and the beginning of real school will help with that. I have also disovered that I am actually rather fond of tea, and the happy thing about tea is that it has next to no calories, not to mention the fact that since my teas are decaff they get to count toward my fluid intake. Yay tea. Anywho...
9am - 1/2 my oatmeal mixture
10am - 4 oz espresso, 8 oz steamed 2% milk, 1 oz sf vanilla davinci syrup
20 oz water
1:30pm - 4 oz Mexican rice Amy-style
12 oz decaff lemon tea
12 oz decaff green tea
16 oz water
6pm - 1/2 a tortilla w/ pizza toppings - emphasis on the canadian bacon, green peppers and cheese
20 oz water
9:30pm - the other half of the tortilla with pizza toppings
and now I am working on 12 oz sweet dreams tea.
And how is the eating going out there?
