Eatin' Good - Tuesday (for a couple more minutes anyway...)
I got caught up watching the Summer Olympics in Bejing and nearly forgot to post. Who else saw the amazing victory of the US Men's swimming team in the relay? Yeah. That was fabulous. Anyway, food...
9 am - 4 oz espresso, 8 oz steamed 2% milk, 1 oz sf vanilla davinci syrup
20 oz water
12:30pm - 1/2 my oatmeal mixture
12 oz water
12 oz decaff hot lemon tea
3pm - 5 oz Mexican rice Amy-Style (more diced tomatoes, corn, bacon, and onion than actual rice)
12 oz decaff hot cinnamon apple tea (liking the teas lately...they are sugar and calorie free and they make my pouch happy)
12 oz water
7pm - 1 slice of home made pizza (thin pizza crust, lots of cheese, Canadian bacon, pepperoni, green peppers, onions and more cheese)
20 oz water
10pm - 8 pretzel crisps w/ 4 slices cheddar jack cheese while watching the Olympics

I got my hair done today ...cut and colored...since my hair is starting to thin, I went lighter and shorter in the back than I normally do.
So for my food...
Breakfast- 1/2 of a pure protein bar (10)
Snack - 1/2 oz of almonds (3)
Lunch- 3 oz of tuna, 1 tsp of LF mayo, 1 tsp of mustard, 3 crackers (20)
Snack- 1/2 oz of bbq soy crisps (3)
Dinner- 1/2 cup of Protein icecream (25)

B-6 oz yogurt and cheese stick
S-1 serving wheat thins
L-most of a chicken quesidilla hot pocket, fiber one bar
S-serving of wheat thins and some other type of cheese crackers
D-3 oz chicken, 3-4 bites mac and cheese, 5-6 bites of mashed potatoes, part of a roll w/ butter and honey on it Yumm!
S-some sour patch candy (this stuff gets nastier the more i eat it...yuck)
