so i went to my seminar last night! and i have decided that i am forsure in need of gastric bypass.....so i am making the appt for my first consult with my doc today! i just wanted to introduce my self!

I am Carli a 25 mom of 2 living in sacramento CA!!! so hello all, i look forward to seeing and talking more with you all!
