Howdy folks!

Today marks the first day of my last week of summer school.  Hooray!  I have been in summer school since May 19th, with the exception of the week I was at camp.  I'm looking forward to the two weeks off I get before I go back to school for the fall semester. 

The morning was bad for me with food.  I just felt icky so I didn't eat until noon.  Anywho...

9am - 4 oz espresso, 8 oz steamed skim milk, 1/2 oz sf vanilla davinci syrup

20 oz water

Noon - 3 slices cheddar jack cheese, 6 pretzel crisps

2pm - 1/2 my oatmeal mixture plus 1 oz frozen berries

16 oz water

4:30pm - the other half of my oatmeal mixture

16 oz water

6:30pm - 3 oz chicken, 2 oz mix of sauteed onion and green pepper, 1 oz cheese w/ 8 tortilla chips

20 oz water

9:30pm - 1 mini homemade pizza topped w/ canadian baccon, pepperoni, moz cheese, green pepper and onion

So, how are you eating out there?

yaay for the end of summer school!!

B-1/2 cup shredded wheat w/ 1/2 cup skim milk

S-Yogurt, serving of wheat thins

L-freezer meal of fetticine alfredo w/ chicken and broccoli, fiber one bar,

S-some hershey's kisses, single serve bag of white cheddar popcorn

D-3oz chicken w/ bbq sauce, 1/2 cup mashed potatoes, 1/2 cup broccoli steamed

S-serving of wheat thins, 2 dove promises

so...doing some better, am going off the b/c and the scale has already moved down so it had to have something to do with that...
