I cant believe how much I worked out this week. Its only 1 more week till my surgery and 6 days till my pre-op appointment when I will get weighed. I have 3 more lbs to lose and I started my liquid diet yesterday. Ive been doing between 2-3 hours a day but now I dont feel like I have the energy. Anyways, even though I will still be working out this week, I wont be able to paste it next week so this will be my last for the next 3 weeks atleast.
