Eatin' Good - Sunday - I am a bum!

I have had the flu for the past couple days so I have not been eatin' good, and consequently not posting good.  That's no excuse because I know I need to be honest about food no matter what in order to be accountable to any of the other people *****gulalry post, but here we are.  I ate poorly when I ate at all, which did not help things I am sure.  I know that at one point I over-ate because it had been so long between feedings, and I figured I needed the calories, but it was just a terrible idea and I do not recomend it to anyone.  Ick.

The stomach flu post-op has been almost a completely different experience than what I was used to pre-op.  The first big difference being that I no longer puke and feel better - instead I just continue to feel awful.  But today was better, so without further adue....

9am - 4 oz espresso, 8 oz steamed skim milk and 1/2 oz sf vanilla davinci syrup

10am - 1/8 cup dry oats cooked w/ 1/4 cup water then I added 1 tablespoon chopped toasted almonds, 1 frozen strawberry, 4 frozen blue berries, 2 frozen raspberries, 2 frozen black berries, and 1 tablespoon 2% milk - all in all it went down well

20 oz water

1pm - 1/3 cup mini raviolis and 6 slices cucumber

20 oz water

4pm - 2 oz shredded BBQ chicken w/ a small piece of corn bread (DH was craving corn bread, so I made a shredded BBQ sandwich, peas and corn bread for him - he gave me the stomach flu, and he has just been getting over it as of yesterday/today so since he was finally craving actual food I was willing to make whatever he wanted)

20 oz water

7pm - 1/3 cup mini raviolis

10 oz water

8 oz sweet dream tea w/ a drizzle of honey

8 oz green tea

How have you been eating?
