Tummy Tucks...
Hi everyone,
I just wanted to say Hello :) first and I hope everyone is having a positive week. For those of you that HAVE had a tummy tuck or know of someone who's had a tummy tuck and gastric bypass surgery....Which was more painful the surgery or the tummy tuck?

And it painfull not as bad as i thought it would be..Now My friend had both she said The Tummy tuck was a 100 x's WORSE than the bypass...Nothing like it at all extremly painfull..But she bounced back from it really fast...She had her arms done also not that bad she said .Her thighs were actually the worst pain EVER!!! But you cant go on her pain cause trust me i had people telling me the GastrIc Bypass was soooooo painfull And frankly i didnt find it to be soo bad..Well i hope this helps :) good luck!! :) Stefie
Hey-I am about 3 months post TT...for me, the BG was NOTHING compared to the TT. That's only because they are 2 separate procedures-the GB is usually laprascopic so you hve a few small incesions that require no care-the TT, BIG incesion and lengthy recovery period. I wouldn't say it's horrible pain, just different, that of course depends on your incesions-it'd be comparable if your GB was open.
I saw your pictures. I actually have it saved as a favorite from weeks ago. You document your journey PERFECTLY. I hope people look back on mine and feel the same way. Right now I'm just doing PreOp babbling. So with your tummy tuck did it comes with liposuction or did you have to procedures in one?

Hey, I am glad the profile helps you-that's exactly why I keep such an accurate record-I always appreciated an honest, thurough profile! The lipo was not includedm financially but yes I had it in combination. It was "cosmetic" so I had to pay for it but doc said for the best resuts of a panniculectomy, lipo would rid me of the muffin above the belly button-which cannot be addressed with the pannic. I am VERY happy with the results, best of all it gave my booty some shape! I had the flat butt that had no defination atopbut he did two flank areas od lipo....SO worth the pain and brusing!
