Hot weather dilemma

I work nights at a restaurant and our uniform is a polo with really short sleeves. I have a lot of loose skin on my arms and REFUSE to wear short sleeves because it would just be a disgusting show stopper, (part of why I have to work a 2nd job to save up for plastics) so I always wear a 3/4 sleeve shirt under the polo. It was never an issue back when it was cold, but now that the weather has been exceedingly hot lately it has been a nightmare! I am not kidding you I suffer from heat exhaustion running around the scalding hot kitchen carrying hot plates and trying to act like I am ok. All of my co-workers and even customers keep asking me why I wear a shirt underneath my uniform when it is so hot and telling me to take it off to cool down. But I can't!!! Believe me I absolutely would if I could. Its awful. The only solution I can come up with is to take a shirt and cut it up to where it is basically only the sleeves, but I haven't done it yet because I hate to ruin a shirt for nothing. Any ideas or products that might help my fat arm dilemma. I'm getting desperate here! I never thought I would be so ready for winter.  

Oh sweets, I'm sorry you're dealing with the extra skin.  I saw a tape like product on Racheal Ray earlier this year.  It actually worked!!!  So a cheap way, invest in some duct tape? he he

Ouch! That sounds painful.....but believe me I have thought about it!

duct tape? ouchies :/ how do you apply it so its not sticking to your skin rubbing n causing sores

I am definitely going to have to try that out.
I think it would be too pricey to use everytime I work, but definitely nice to have aound for special occasions and certain outfits. :)

What about goint o a place like torrid or hot topic and seeing if they have the arm sleeves....

OMG kendra, i totaly feel you, have the same problem my saggy arm skyn is the worse ever. it`s been alway a issue with clothing. i can`t wait to have surgery.
you just hang in there and use that underneath shirt. i know exacly how it feels. but don´t worry you`ll get rid of that very sooooonnn.
