3 days post-op

Hello everyone, I am three days post op and i feel like i am stuffed to the rim with water. That is the hardest part right now is getting my water in. It doesnt fit. haha that sounds so funny. Overall I am doing very well. I feel like a new person already beside being usless sitting in this chair. But i am very exited for the life ahead of me. Everyday i feel better and befor i know it i will be off on the bike rides.....i have to say im looking forward to that.....any words of encouragement helps!!!!

I cannot tell you what to expect because I have not had WLS as of yet but I am hoping to!

Follow you doctors orders and you will be riding that bike sooner than you know it!!!

hey im very close to ri well my parents live about 30 min from newport maybe even 20, Just keep fighting for it and ou will get it.

Well I am lucky - I already know my ins covers it and I qualify... I am going to a seminar monday and will see the surgeon for the first time! I am so excited... just wishing I could hurry up with it already!!!

Well the worst part has passed everything will go very quick now. A few test here and they and a few more visits you will have a date very soon. My insurance would not cover a dime i had to pay it all my self.

Ah, what a great feeling right!  he he  Keep sipping!  That feeling will slowly go away and you'll be up and about in no time at all!

Yep, it'll feel like that for a couple weeks.  Don't worry if you can't fit it all in.  Just make a conscious effort to do as much as you can.  It'll happen in time.  Best wishes for an easy, fast recovery!
