OT - I took Amy's advice and...

I went to go see Dark Knight this morning....It was awesome!!! and that his high praise coming from me because I don't usually like or even go to see superhero movies, but this one really was something special. It was so intense, and saying that Heath Ledger did a great job as the Joker would be an understatement. I honestly think that in a few years this movie will be part of the curriculum in every film class. It was that well done. I give it 3.5 stars, the only negative thing I have to say is that some of the dialogue was seemed un-natural given the situations they were in, like they were forced....but why should anybody care about my opinion????

I'm glad you liked it.  I agree about some of the dialogue.  Maggie Gyllenhaal's character was just poorly written in my opinion and some of the other scenes were weak, but Heath Ledger's Joker was just stunning. 

I saw The Hulk, Han**** Wanted, & Hellboy II this summer
The Hulk in my opinion was waaaayyyyy better than the first one
Han**** was hilarious I can't believe some ppl said it sucked. It had a good story line, too!
Wanted I knew from the previews was going to be kinda corny but I went to see it anyway b/c of who was in it. I love ma boy Common! Sure enough, it was pretty corny but I liked the curving bullet concept! Idk I might see it again...My favorite part was when Angelina gracefully falls back onto the train roof.
Hellboy was just sad....they had these little corny lines in the movie. It looked like they spent too much time trying to write something witty and forgot about the story line! There was too much going on in the movie and it just wasn't straight forward.

I can't wait to see Dark Knight!
