Eatin' Good TGIF
Hopefully Amy will be back soon to tell us what a wonderful time she had working at the camp!
Personally, I am glad it is Friday. Tomorrow I have to wake up early to help my mom with a baby shower, wish me luck on my food choices tomorrow, I am planned on going prepared with a snack or two in my purse (because I will be there almost 12 hours).
Today's food.....
Breakfast-Protein shake (27)
Lunch - 5 cheese cubes, 4 whole wheat saltines, and 1 apple slice (5)
Snack - 5 soy crisps (2)
Dinner - 1 oz of steak, ( 4 chips with salsa....bad choice on the chips I know) (7)
