I've started and stopped a few times since surgery...and alchohol has been a touchy thing for me too.

it funny you know because I use to be a BIG beer drinker....I mean like every other night ...before surgery but now because I dont want to stretch out my stomach so I probley only drink beer like every couple of weeks.

I started smoking again about 2 weeks after my surgery and I've noticed that I am now smoking way more than I ever had before.  I want to quit but dang, you don't really eat and we're not supposed to drink alot of alcohol so what the hell are we supposed to do???

Isn't smoking supposed to be very dangerous after this surgery?  I read that somewhere! LOL!

How long do they make you stop smoking before surgery? I smoked off and on for about 2 years now.

OMG, let's list them all....
* Clothes
* Shoes
* Handbags
* Food- yes, there was a time when all I wanted was mms
* Alchohol
* Affection
* Control

I've been through alot.... and still dealing with alot.  Thank God for the Shrink I'm gonna see when school starts... or maybe, wish them luck! ha ha

lol..jaci...poor girl...I hope I stop with smoking.....

and to beachbunny ...my doctor told us that we had to be completely tabacco free for 2 months before surgery. ....the risk on blood clots is very high for people who smoke...after the surgery.
