I am keeping it simple today...

Breakfast- protein shake (27)
Lunch- 1 oz cheese cubes 4 crackers (6)
Snack- 1 oz of peanuts (6)
Dinner- 2 oz chicken (14)

B-scrambled egg (1) bisquit w/ butter and some (very little) jelly

L-2 oz turkey, 2 slices provolone cheese, 15-20 wheat thins, 2 cookies

D-2 chicken tenders, 3 french fries, small salad w/ ranch

S-6oz yogurt, candy (blah!!!) a cookie
