Eatin' Good Wednesday (what an emotional day)
So, I worked 11-1/2 hours today and came home to help my DH finish up the grout in our kitchen we are almost done. I was tired and emotionally wore down when I got home, but I was trying to act strong until I hit my head on our kitchen cabinet, I sobbed....and it didn't hurt that bad I think it was the build up of the day. So, with that out of my system, don't judge me too hard on my lack of food today, I still have some time to get some more protein in me....
Breakfast- 1/2 of a pure protein bar (10)
Lunch - 5 apple cinnamon crisps 2 T. of PB (9)
Snack- 1 oz of almonds (7)
Dinner---TBD, but it will be an easy dinner though (I really need a protein shake)

L-2 oz turkey, 2 slices provolone cheese, 20 wheat thins, cantaloupe
D-1/2 of a 1/2 pork stuffed potato
s- 6oz light and fit yogurt, 2 chips w/ dip 1 cookie, some chocolate...bad snackie!!
