Eatin' Good Tuesday...how did you do today????
So, I worked over a couple hours today and after this post I will be grouting the kitchen tile we layed this weekend. It has been a busy day, but there is always time for food!!!
Breakfast- 25 almonds (7 grams of protein)
Lunch- 3 oz of chicken breast (21)
Dinner - 2oz of chicken breast, 3 tiny dill pickels (14)
I need a little more protein later, hopefully I whip out the icecream maker, but if this grouting takes very long I might just be having some more almonds...

Well, I haven't been getting as much protein in as I had been when I was drinking the Isopure's and taking the protein bullets. Looks like I will be making a little trip to the Vitamin Shoppe this weekend.
Breakfast - 2 small chocolate cottage cheese pancakes (courtesy of Michelle aka Eggface), 1/4 cup SF syrup and half a banana diced (6)
Lunch - 3 cubes of Monterey Jack/Cheddar Cheese 5 whole wheat pita chips with 1tbsp. of Tribe Original Hummus (7)
Snack - 4 more cubes of Monterey Jack/Cheddar Cheese (5)
Dinner - I made stir-fry for the family last night and we all agreed it turned out fantasticly. 3 ounces of chicken with 1-2 ounces of stir-fried veggies (red, green and yellow bell peppers, white onion and sliced mushrooms). All of this was made with 1 tbsp. soy sauce and 1 tbsp. stir-fry sauce with a little cayenne pepper thrown in for a little spice. I fixed my mom and dad some brown rice and a couple pieces of garlic bread but I resisted and to be quite honest I didn't really miss it. (22)
Water: 64 ounces
Vitamins: Check!
