Eatin' Good in the Neighborhood (Amy we hope you are having fun at camp!!!)
I hope all of you had a great start to your week!!! If you read my post yesterday you heard me say we tiled our kitchen, and my body feels it today. But I am happy about this, 70 pounds ago I probably wouldn't have moved off the couch yesterday, and today each time I hurt it reminds me of what we accomplished....kind of a twisted huh!
So for todays food....
Breakfast- 1/2 cup protein icecream (last of my batch...I'll have to make more tomorrow) (23)
Snack- 2 apple cinnamon soy crisps with 1 tsp of PB (1)
Lunch- 2 oz of chicken with low sugar spaghetti sauce topped with mozz. cheese (14)
Dinner- 2 oz of chicken breast, 1 slice of an apple (14)
I am still a little low on my protein, I see a protein shake in my future. How are you guys eating today???? Any recipes to share????
