School
as i told you before, i had surgery during school. without a problem i talk to my teachers and they were very supportive. i just told them that i had to travel for a health problem i ´did not say anything about WLS. they don´t even now yet. haha. i skipped 2 weeks. so if you are on spring break you`ll be fine.
i had mine during winter break. i started school 3weeks after my surgery. I felt alright. I was able to do more things than i thought i could have done. i went down the stairs, carried my books and went about my routine with no problems.
the thing that changed was my eating schedule and learning how to eat again. its a growing process and im still working on eating better. the most important thing is to remember your vitamines, protein, water and food and you will be fine. when i didnt keep up with those i felt really dizzy and tired.
Good luck!

I had my surgery June 2nd I would have felt great to go back four weeks after for the 2nd half of summer, but for some reason I was thinking it started later and didn't buy my books and do my first night assingment in time -- oppps!!
Anyway, I dropped it and am planning on going full force in the fall -- woo hoo!!
