Eatin' Good - Saturday
This is my last eatin' good thread until next Friday. I'm due at camp tomorrow morning at 9:30am, and I will only have very limited internet access (they have wi-fi in the cabins, but I intend to be busy with my campers and I want to take advantage of the outside time, so I probably won't be on at all this week) so would anyone be willing in taking over the thread until Friday?
My very first massage ever was last night at 6:30 and it was amazing. I was a little self concious because of the whole 'take off your clothes' thing, but after what the masseuse woman did to my calves I got over it. If you've never done any kind of massage before I highly suggest it.
Anyway, FOOD!
9am - 1/2 my oatmeal mixture + frozen berries
16 oz coffee
20 oz water
12:30pm - the rest of my oatmeal mixture plus frozen berries
20 oz water
4:30pm - 2/3 cup mini raviolis
20 oz water
And for dinner I'm thinking salad w/ grilled chicken and shredded cheese

We went to the farmer's market today....bought lots of great veggies for this week (I am hoping to make stuffed peppers one day this week)...I worked my second job today so the food is pretty plain jane today....but I met my surgeon's requirements....
Breakfast- 1/2 cup protein icecream (23 grams)
Lunch- 2-1/2 oz of rotisserie chicken breast (17)
Dinner- 1-1/2 oz of tuna with a little light mayo & mustard, 2 crackers, 1 bite of salad (10)
Now- protein icecream (23)
