Eatin' Good - Friday!

I'm early tonight because I'm about to go out for the rest of the night.  First, at 6:30, my husband made an appointment for me to get my first ever Swedish massage!  It is a "going away present" before I go off to work at a summer camp for a week.  I'm a lucky girl.  Then we're going to see Dark Knight again with some friends who haven't seen it yet.  I'm not going to get home until like 12:30-1am and that is a little late for an Eatin' Good thread.  So here's what I've had so far...

8am - 1/2 my oatmeal mix plus frozen berries (raspberries, blueberries, black berries, strawberries)

9am - 4 oz espresso, 8 oz steamed 2% milk, 1 oz sf vanilla davinci syrup

20 oz water

12:30pm - the other half of my oatmeal

20 oz water

4pm - 6 pretzel crisps and 3 oz jack cheese

20 oz water

We're going out to dinner after my massage, not sure where, but you can be sure I'll be eatin' good.  How about you?

I am on the East coast, and sometimes I am winding down for bed...that is why I don't catch this post (but I always read it the next morning if I miss it!)...

Glad the weekend is here...have fun at your massage, dinner, and movie!!!

My food for today....

Breakfast- 8 soy crisps, 1 laughing cow light cheese (5)
Lunch- 2 oz of shaved turkey breast, 2 thin slices of tomatoe (14)
Dinner- 3-1/2 oz of filet mignon with 1 Tbspn of (24)

Later either a protein shake (27) or protein icecream(23)...let's hope I have the time for protein icecream

What a nice going away present! Hope you had fun at dinner and a movie. That is exactly my plans for tonight...we are going to see The Dark Knight too...lol hope it is good I am a huge scaredy cat so I will probably be hollering in the theatre lol

B-Scrambled egg, bisquit

L-1/2 of a Digornio pizza for one (1/2 the crust all the toppings)

D-3 oz steak, sweet potato, small salad w/ ranch

s-3 cookies, yogurt, 14 wheat thins (spread out throughout the day)
