ahh i am suffering from this right now! here is what i picked up at the store last night, SF fudge pops! and chocolate mini rice cakes! (7 cakes only 60 calories, so not too bad) it's working for now, i really want peanut butter m&ms or a take 5 (god's gift to a pms woman) but i know it's not the best choice. hope this helps :)

Eat it.
I get a small piece of really good chocolate and enjoy it fully. I try and go places that have those bulk candy bins so I can buy a piece or two. Dove chocolate is one of my favs and they now sell little bars of it (wal mart, eckerds) I will eat just 1-2 pieces and nutritionally its not bad.

I eat it also

Go get really high quality, EXPENSIVE, small quanitity dark chocolate (the expensive part helps me control myself in getting lesser quantities).  Divide it into servings, keep out one serving and put the rest somewhere you'll have to go through some effort to get it back out.

Sit in quietness, and just savor the chocolate. That generally does it for me.

The sugarfree hershey's dark chocolate is really good. I prefer Godiva but in a pinch the hershey's will do. They come individually wraped in a bite size piece. There are only like 10 pieces per bag. I have found the further out I have gotten the less I crave the chocolate at that time of the month. If I have to have it, I will melt a few pieces and get some strawberries and sit down with my kids and eat it. They think they are getting a treat and I eat a strawberry or sometimes 2 dipped in the melted chocolate. The boys eat the rest and they are in heaven and they think mom is pretty cool in the process.

When you were born, you were crying and everyone around you was smiling.
Live your life so at the end, you're the one who is smiling and everyone around you is crying.

I EAT IT!!  LOL everything in moderation sister!!

As a matter of fact, during my grocery shopping, I picked up one of those 8pk fun size kit kat things and threw em in the fridge. Nice LITTLE snack for whenever I have the urge...and you get 8-period should be over by then...viola! (OR you could eat them all in one day on a binge, but it was a damn good day! lol As long as you dn't have another 8pk hiding!)

I think I will go have one for you Kait, my dear!

I eat DARK chocolate - (over 70% cocoa) - it's barely sweet, bitter and a little satisfies me MUCH more than a whole bunch of milk (which tastes gross to me now).
