HeLp mE giRLS!
I get a small piece of really good chocolate and enjoy it fully. I try and go places that have those bulk candy bins so I can buy a piece or two. Dove chocolate is one of my favs and they now sell little bars of it (wal mart, eckerds) I will eat just 1-2 pieces and nutritionally its not bad.

Go get really high quality, EXPENSIVE, small quanitity dark chocolate (the expensive part helps me control myself in getting lesser quantities). Divide it into servings, keep out one serving and put the rest somewhere you'll have to go through some effort to get it back out.
Sit in quietness, and just savor the chocolate. That generally does it for me.

As a matter of fact, during my grocery shopping, I picked up one of those 8pk fun size kit kat things and threw em in the fridge. Nice LITTLE snack for whenever I have the urge...and you get 8-period should be over by then...viola! (OR you could eat them all in one day on a binge, but it was a damn good day! lol As long as you dn't have another 8pk hiding!)
I think I will go have one for you Kait, my dear!
