Howdy 20-somethings!

Sorry I missed this yesterday, my internet has been skitzo lately, but the Mediacom guy came today and fixed it so hopefully it'll stay fixed this time.  FOOD!

7:30am - 4 oz espresso, 8 oz steamed 2% milk and 1 oz sf davinci vanilla syrup

8:30am - 1/2 my oatmeal mixture + frozen berries

20 oz water

12:30pm - 1/2 a Quizno's raspberry chipolte chicken salad (without the dressing and flatbread that comes with it - and the nutrition stats are really good on this!  for the whole salad it was 290 calories, 33 g of protien, and 5 net carbs - 9 g carbs minus 4 g fiber)

20 oz water

3pm - the other half of my salad

20 oz water

6pm - the other 1/2 of my oatmeal mixture

20 oz water

I'm going to be up for a while tonight so I may have something else tonight...but so far, I'm eatin' pretty good.  How about you?

Had the day off today but did better than I normally do when not at work (I am a creature of habit lol)

B-1 egg scrambled, 2 peices turkey with cheese rolled up (heated up) and most of a bisquit

L-1 slice provolone cheese 12 wheat thins, some tortilla chips and salsa (eaten a few hours apart)

S-Fiber one bar (before I went out to mow the yard in the HOT alabama sun!)

D-2 child sized chicken tenders, creamed potatoes, few bites of a roll
