Eatin' Good - Tuesday!

It was a lovely eating day over here...

7am - 4 oz espresso, 8 oz steamed 2% milk, 1 oz sf vanilla davinci syrup

8am - my oatmeal mixture (I read an article about superfoods, the ones that keep you satisfied, are good for your heart, can help you lose weight and so on - and three of them are oatmeal, almonds and low-fat dairy products - that is my oatmeal mixture  and it is tasty too)

20 oz water

12:30pm - Chicken alfredo, extra chicken

Stupid super low sugar moment (33)...thanks to dumb hypoglycemia combined with waiting too long to eat and then eating noodles...

40 oz water

3pm - the rest of my oatmeal mixture plus 3 frozen strawberries tossed in for excitment

20 oz water

6:30pm - BBQ chicken sandwhich (leftover chicken that I grilled, pulled off the bone, added to sauteed diced red onion, a little liquid smoke and low carb BBQ sauce - put on 1/2 of a kaiser roll) and 2 oz sweet corn

20 oz water

9pm - 4 oz more corn...I don't know why, but sometimes all I want to do is eat sweet corn

I have been trying to eat higher protein and cutting back on the carbs some because I got a little too carb crazy.. Im also trying to refocus myself on eating veggies - hence my slightly off normal eating.

Bfast - 8oz light soy milk, 1 scoop designer whey, 1/4th cup 0% greek yogurt – added SF chocolate syrup, handful mixed fruit   Snack – 3/4th cu cottage cheese w/1 tablespoon flax, ½ cu chicken salad   Lunch - 4oz deli turkey 1 slices RF cheese, 1 pickles, ½ cu watermelon   Snack - 8oz light soy milk, 1 scoop designer whey, 1/4th cup 0% greek yogurt – added SF chocolate syrup, handful mixed fruit   Dinner – salad, slice of meatloaf (low fat meat, whole wheat breadcrumbs, and stuffed with veggies), 2 slices of bread

Snack - 8 wheat thins 1 slice of RF cheese    

First visit to surgeon - 288 ~ bmi 45.1
2 week pre-op 252 ~ bmi 39.5
Total lost - 153 Since surgery - 117!
Goal weight - 155 (mine) 180 (surgeons)
Current weight - 135 (2020 I lost 10lbs due to dedicating myself to working out more and being in better shape)

1/14/2025 still maintaining 135 :-)
