Eatin' Good -Monday
This is my last week of summer school before camp! Starting on Sunday I am going to be a counselor at a camp for kids wth special needs for a week (I haven't been to camp since I was 10, so this is going to be interesting), so this week I'm enjoying my internet, air conditioning and espresso maker. Oh, and of course food!
7am - 4 oz espresso, 8 oz steamed 2% milk and 1 oz sf davinci vanilla syrup
8am - the first half of my oatmeal mixture (weight control oatmeal, crushed toasted almonds, milk)
25 oz water
Noon - the other half of my oatmeal mixture
30 oz water
2:30pm - 2/3 cup spinnach and strawberry salad (spinnach, strawberries and almond slivers drizzled w/ raspberry vinegarette, topped with flax seeds)
20 oz water
5:30pm - 1 slice thin crust meat-lovers pizza
20 oz water
8:30pm - 2/3 cup mini raviolis
And now I'm sipping on Night time tea
How is the eatin' out there?

B--1 egg, 1 mini sausage patty; 8oz Milk
S--1 string cheese
L--3/4 of a half of a Caesar Chicken Cool Wrap from Chick-Fil-A; 16 oz water
D--1 piece of pepperoni, cheese, mushroom pizza; 16 oz water
S--1 piece of stew beef; 16 oz water; 8 oz milk
I seriously need to get some more veggies in...although that was a lot of lettuce in that wrap...
