Eatin' Good -Thursday!

Well, I'm about to head out to see the midnight showing of DARK KNIGHT!!!!  I am so excited! But before I go, here is how I've been eatin'

7am - 4 oz espresso, 8 oz 2% milk and 1 oz sf davinci vanilla syrup

8am - 1 ka****LC honey almond flax bar

20 oz water

Noon - 1 ka****LC honey almond flax bar (I was working on a group project and starving, otherwise I would never have 2 in one day - the carbs - yikes)

20 oz water

3pm - 4 oz chicken thigh over salad

20 oz water

7pm - 2/3 cup chicken Tex-mex casserole

I may have some popcorn at the theater but I probably shouldn't because of the two kashi bars earlier...hmm...maybe I'll sneak some beef jerky in my purse...hmmmm....

So, how are you eatin?

I'm going to try and make it a habit to do this thread everyday...

I'm not sure of  my times when I ate this but here's my list of food.

Breakfast/Lunch--4 slices ham; 1 oz cheddar cheese
Dinner--1/2 chicken caesar salad (3oz ?)
Snack--1 oz cheddar cheese; 1oz soy crisps

Definitely didn't get in all my protein (but close) and def. not all my water. A weekend away really messed me up.

B-Protein Shake

L-Ziti parmesean, some chips and green onion dip, fiber one bar

D-1 helping cheeseburger cassarole (bisquit, cheese, hamburger meat layered together) some more chips and green onion dip

S-most of a buttered bisquit with some (very little) grape jam

hey amy! totally jealous of you seeing the dark knight at midnight! my boyfriend went, but i unfortunatly am suffering from a sinus+ear infection and had to stay home :(

well this is my first time posting what im eating but i think i did rather well today!

B-4 oz of protien shake (pro-blend 55 mocha cappucino, with skim milk plus!)
S- 4 small strawberries and about 10 blueberries
L- 1 light babybell cheese, 5 thinly sliced pieces of honey ham
S- the other 4 oz of my protien shake (i make 8oz at a time)
D-4 oz of hormel turkey chilli with one tablespoon light sour cream and 1 oz reduced fat shredded sharp cheddar cheese

then I was craving chocolate due to my monthly friend so I let myself have another snack which was 7 mini chocolate rice cakes! 60 calories, 13 carbs (erg carbs i hate you) 3 grams of sugar. not so bad huh?


and i drank 100oz of fluids today between water/crystal light. had to pump that number up due to my cold and antibiotics im on.

Hope you had fun at the theater....When I go to the movies now, I put a small can of almonds in there....but beef jerky sounds good too.
I met with the surgeon today everything is going well.   He seemed pleased with me.
Even going in late  to work, I still worked 9-1/2 hours....I am ready for the weekend :)

For my food today...
Breakfast- 1/2 c. skim milk one scoop protein powder (27)
Snack-12 almonds (3)
Lunch- leftover 2 oz of healthy choice sausage and 1 TBSP of onion/peppers (7)
Snack-SB pb protein bar (10)
Dinner- 1/4 of a tortilla pizza 8 soy crisps (8)

It seems to late for another snack today (I had a late dinner) so my protein will be lower than my nut prefers it (55 grams today)

Water--working on it
Vitamins right before bed
