great news!!!!

hi guys I`M very happy!!!!!!!!!!!! couldn´t be happier!.

today i had my appoiment with my nutritionist. and guess what???. i weight. 174 lb!!!! that means that : I have lost a total of  80 lb!!!! ...life is good. i`m just 20 lb away of  "the 100".. And 45 lb from GOAL!!! ... i can´t believe it

i hope that i`ll be in my goal in a year!! i`m gonna work very hard to get there.
